Refund and Returns Policy

At Commerix Inc, we want you to love your furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all hardware and accessories
  • Free from damage, stains, or odors

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@commerix.com or (442) 272-0708

Step 2: We’ll provide a return authorization number and instructions

Step 3: Package your item securely using original packaging when possible

Step 4: Ship using our prepaid return label or schedule a pickup for large items

RETURN SHIPPING

Small Items (under 50 lbs): Use our prepaid return label – $15 deducted from refund

Large Furniture: We’ll schedule free pickup from your home within 5-7 business days

Defective Items: All return shipping is free regardless of size

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Refund amounts exclude return shipping fees where applicable

EXCHANGES

We’re happy to exchange items for different colors, sizes, or styles:

  • Same 30-day window applies
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Exchange shipping follows the same policy as returns

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Custom or personalized furniture
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange free return pickup and full refund or replacement
  • No need to disassemble damaged furniture

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company (processing can take time)
  • Contact us at support@commerix.com with your order number
