SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Large furniture items may take 10-15 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for smaller items at checkout.

Do you offer white glove delivery service?

Yes! For large furniture items, we offer white glove delivery service which includes inside delivery, unpacking, and basic assembly. This service is available for an additional fee in most areas.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for return.

How do I return an item?

Contact us at info@commerixusa.com with your order number to initiate a return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Please don’t ship items back without contacting us first.

Can I exchange an item for a different color/size?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Are your products new or used?

All our products are brand new and come directly from manufacturers. We do not sell used or refurbished items.

Can I see products in person before buying?

We are an online-only retailer and don’t have a physical showroom. However, we provide detailed photos, dimensions, and specifications for all products to help you make informed decisions.

Do you offer custom sizes or colors?

Most of our products are available only in the sizes and colors shown. For special requests, please contact us at info@commerixusa.com – we may be able to help with custom orders for certain items.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Browse our website at commerixusa.com, select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide shipping information and payment details to complete your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at info@commerixusa.com or call (442) 272-0708. Once your order enters processing, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer financing options?

Currently, we accept standard payment methods. For large orders, please contact us directly to discuss payment arrangements.
